High elastic foundation for raising fillets

Structural composition: COTTON + RUBBER，COTTON +FELT

Function: The high elastic foundation helps to enhance the grip on the steel wire, preventing the needle tip of the foundation scattering and tilting due to excessive fuzz force, which could then tear the surface of the fabric. At the same time, it can greatly enhance the resilience of the steel wire, ensuring that the fibers can be gently brushed and combed, improving the rebound effect of the foundation on the steel needle, and ensuring that the steel needle can recover in time during the brushing process.    

Application area: It is mainly used for making various types of raising fillets card clothing (such as cotton, wool, blended, chemical fiber fabrics, etc.). Different types of raising fillets card clothing need to be matched with high-elasticity foundation with different characteristics.                                              

Foundation for woolen

Structural composition: COTTON + CUSHION RUBBER，COTTON+FELT

Function: As the “carrier” of the steel needle, it firmly fixes the steel needles through needle implantation. It can ensure that the steel needles are evenly arranged and at the same height, guaranteeing the uniformity of the fibers after carding. This felt layer has undergone special treatment, which can prevent the loss of fibers on the surface of the fabric. It features easy peeling and excellent oil resistance.

Application area: It is widely used on elastic card clothing for carding wool, cashmere and other fibers to ensure the uniformity of the wool strips.      

Foundation for cleaning fillets

Structural composition: COTTON + RUBBER（2-3-4Ply）

Function: The soft foundation structure can ensure that the card clothing is less likely to scratch the cleaning object during operation, thus prolonging the service life of the cleaning object.  

Application area: It applied to various kind of the carding machines in the textile industry to make the cleaning card clothing.

Flat tops foundation

Structural composition: COTTON + RUBBER

Function: As the “skeleton” of the flat tops card clothing, it firmly fixes the steel needles, forming a uniform carding working surface and ensuring that the needle spacing and height are consistent; with excellent fatigue bending resistance, it rotates around the front and rear rollers with the flat tops, achieving continuous carding and transfer of fibers from the cylinder to the doffer. Outstanding stability (thickness deviation < 0.04mm) is achieved, preventing unevenness of the steel needles due to foundations deformation and ensuring the uniformity and cleanliness of the carded cotton web.

Application area: It applied to make the flat tops card clothing of the carding machines in the textile industry.
